Think your homebrew is a winner?  Come prove it!  The First Annual Kirksville BrewFest is being held October 1st, 2011.  Submit any number of entries for a chance to win!

This is your chance to compete with brewers from around the state and beyond to make the best beer in ten different categories.  All entries will be judged by Beer Judge Certification Program qualified judges according to the BJCP style guidelines.  For more information, visit www.BJCP.org.

Submit the rest of your batch to the public tasting for a chance to win the People’s Choice Award (which also carries a cash prize).

Here’s how it breaks down: the entry fees will be divided into pots for each style.  The more beers submitted in a style, the bigger the pot.  Winners will receive 40% for first place, 30% for second, and 20% for third.  The remaining 10% from all pots will go to the People’s Choice award, so be sure to bring enough for Joe Q. Public.
